What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA and Mastercard through Stripe and Apple Pay.  Direct deposit information can be provided, if required.

After Pay will be available in the near future.

 

How long does shipping take? Can l track my order?

We ship domestically (and carbon neutral) with Sendle. If not possible, then Australia Post. You will receive an email with a tracking link, a confirmation of your delivery address and instructions, and a delivery estimate. Don't worry, we'll keep an eye on it as well.

* We are provided estimate delivery times and 99.9% are delivered in a timely manner. However once the shipment has left our warehouse we have no control over the speed and delivery process. We appreciate your understanding.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship all international parcels with Australia Post and all with tracking. A flat fee of $25 is charged, however it is a larger parcel, we will contact you to discuss any additional charges.  Please contact me directly to arrange a insured international shipping quote. We will do our best to find you the quickest and safest option.

Are all items in stock?

Many of our products are handmade, single run and sourced Internationally, therefore My Corner Pantry orders are subject to approval and availability. If an order is received that we cannot fill, we will contact you to see if you would like a replacement, refund or continue to place a pre-order (if available).


What happens when i order a pre-order item?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not in stock yet. We often open pre-orders for popular items that sell out quickly. This also guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock.

If you order consists of a pre-order item, the whole order will be processed and dispatched once the pre-order item is available as the postage may not be able to cover two separate orders.

In some cases where higher postage has been paid and we are able to split the order we will send all available items out first and send the pre-order separately once it comes available.

 

How do i use a promotional or discount code?

You will enter the promotional or discount code on the bottom of the checkout page. Enter the Promo Code to apply the discount onto your order and proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Please note that promotional/ discount codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

 

How do i keep up to date with what's-what?

The best way to stay up to date with all the good stuff happening at MCP is to sign up to our mailing list located in the footer under CONTACT. You can also keep up to date with us via our social media network on Instagram (@mycornerpantry).

 

Are you able to provide corporate gift bundles?

Can l customise my bundle?

Yes you can! Simply contact us at hello@mycornerpantry.com with what you'd like and we will go from there.

While we stock multiples of one product (or size), the curated boxes are sold as a whole (when available), therefore, it is not permitted to change a size or exchange one product from within an offering.

We may be able to exchange one complete gift box for another if all products are returned in their original condition, packaged and tags included.
